LTL Associates was formed in 1991 as a privately held engineering and consulting firm, providing South Florida with comprehensive civil and structural engineering services.

With employees garnering over 30 years of experience in a variety of engineering projects, LTL Associates specializes in both the residential and commercial aspects of civil engineering as well as the concrete, steel and tilt up sectors of structural engineering. LTL Associates is all encompassing, full service civil and structural engineering firm, providing a superior answer to all you engineering problems.

Since LTL was established in 1991, we have developed a highly respected reputation in the South Florida area through our engineering work, work through LTL Builders and our efforts in local, state, and national builders associations.
